This role is perfect for someone who lives on social media, knows what captures attention, and can turn simple ideas into scroll-stopping videos — all using just their phone. You’ll be working in a fast-paced creative environment where speed, originality, and execution matter.
Shoot and edit high-impact Reels using only your phone 📱
Turn simple ideas into scroll-stopping content
Be on set capturing BTS, highlights, product moments & hooks
Work closely with the content team to execute creative concepts
Follow brand guidelines while still adding your creative magic ✨
Deliver content fast — speed matters here ⚡️
If needed, you can appear in the Reels yourself (confidence is a plus)
You live on Instagram + TikTok and know what performs
You can make basic things look impressive
You’re creative, fast and obsessed with the small details
You don’t need heavy equipment — your phone is your weapon
Ability to ideate hooks, write short scripts & guide creators 🎬
