You will play a core role in expanding our client base by converting leads, generating new opportunities, and driving long-term relationships. Convert company-provided leads into paying clients
Pitch LOOJ’s services, portfolio, and proposals confidently
Identify and outreach new potential clients to grow the pipeline
Cold call, follow up, and book 10+ proposal meetings weekly
Maintain strong client relationships and upsell when possible
Conduct market research to uncover new opportunities
Update CRM daily with leads, interactions, and progress
You’re a natural closer with 1+ year of proven sales experience
You communicate confidently in both Arabic & English
You’re proactive, self-driven, and thrive on hitting targets
You’re energetic, extroverted, and love talking to people
You enjoy fast-paced environments and constant growth
Experience in marketing, content creation, or creative agencies
Ability to pitch creatively and adapt to different client needs
A solid network within brands or businesses in Egypt
