You will play a core role in expanding our client base by converting leads, generating new opportunities, and driving long-term relationships. If you love selling, pitching, and closing deals, this role is built for you.

  • Convert company-provided leads into paying clients

  • Pitch LOOJ’s services, portfolio, and proposals confidently

  • Identify and outreach new potential clients to grow the pipeline

  • Cold call, follow up, and book 10+ proposal meetings weekly

  • Maintain strong client relationships and upsell when possible

  • Conduct market research to uncover new opportunities

  • Update CRM daily with leads, interactions, and progress

  • You’re a natural closer with 1+ year of proven sales experience

  • You communicate confidently in both Arabic & English

  • You’re proactive, self-driven, and thrive on hitting targets

  • You’re energetic, extroverted, and love talking to people
